Telecaller

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic female Telecaller to join our dynamic team at Ostrobyte Overseas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential students, providing information about our services, and assisting them in their journey to study abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential students and their families, providing information about study abroad opportunities and our consultancy services.
2. Customer Interaction: Engage in meaningful conversations with prospective students to understand their educational goals, preferences, and concerns.
3. Lead Conversion: Follow up on leads and inquiries, converting them into consultations or appointments with our education counselors.
4. Database Management: Maintain and update the student database, ensuring accurate records of all interactions and follow-ups.
5. Information Dissemination: Provide detailed information about the study abroad process, including admission requirements, visa procedures, and available courses.
6. Problem Resolution: Address any questions or concerns from prospective students, offering solutions and guidance where necessary.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with the counseling and marketing teams to ensure smooth communication and follow-up on leads.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Minimum of a High School diploma; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
2. Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or a related field is an advantage.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and [Local Language].
